On the 8th of June agroup of talented game-changers gathered at the head office of Good Up inAmsterdam for our growth hackathon. The purpose? To help Good Up expand theirimpact in bringing purpose in everyday business life.

You might have heard about this fast-growing socialventure GoodUp that helps organizations, such as Deloitte and to realizedo-good platforms to stimulate social impact. Stimulating this kind of socialimpact is something that we as nlmtd strongly encourage. That why we decided toorganise this co-creation session and gather our network and knowledge to helpthis firm take the next step. During the day we worked in teams on varioustopics that could stimulate the growth of GoodUp and its social impact, such asemployee engagement and customer engagement. By using design thinkingmethodology groups came up with compelling propositions and ways tosuccessfully market these propositions.

The result? Out-of-the-boxideas for GoodUp,energized attendants and impact made.

The event perfectly summarized what nlmtd stands for:Creativity, Purpose, and talents changing the game. For this reason, it was theperfect occasion to tell everyone about the movement we are creating togetherand officially launch nlmtd.
